Before We Begin:

DELICATE ITEMS

Let us know if there are any items near the house you're concerned about.

YARD SIGNS

We'll place EZ Painting yard sings in the yard during the process. Please let us know if this is of any concern.

NEIGHBOR COURTESY

We'll leave a note with your nearby neighbors just in case any questions or concerns come up.

During the Project:

Please let us know if there are any windows or doors that do not seal very well. Pressure washing can also sometimes reveal issues.

PRESSURE WASHING

ACCESS NEEDED

We often need access to garage and entry doors on the 2nd day of the project. Please let us know if this is an issue.

POOLS & WATER FEATURES

Pools will be covered during work and will require pumps/equipment to be switched off . We can cover and uncover daily if needed.

COMMUNICATION

No need to be home for the entire project. We are happy to provide progress updates & photos. We will communicate when we arrive & when we leave each day. If you'd like any other information during the project please feel free to ask.

Wrap-Up:

FINAL WALK THROUGH

We'd love to do a final walk through at the end if you're available. If not please review in the next couple of days and just let us know if anything else is needed.

PAYMENT

Any changes to the original bid will be made and updated in real time with the invoice link you've been provided. Final payment is due after your review and satisfaction, ideally within a couple days of project completion.
